Paula Davies

Paula has worked as a freelance news photographer for many years. She began her career on the North Devon Journal before moving to New York where she managed ‘New York News Service’, a media research agency providing pictures and text to a range of American and European magazines, newspapers and TV programmes whilst freelancing for several UK papers including The Mail on Sunday & The Sun. On her return to the UK, Paula worked as deputy picture editor for Southwest photo agency 'Apex', managing the diaries of the photographers and liaising with editors on national newspaper and magazine picture desks. After a break to raise children and a move to Spain, Paula returned to North Devon where she currently makes landscape work after gaining a BA Hons in Photography with the University for the Creative Arts.
