PIC BY GEOFF ROBINSON PHOTOGRAPHY 07976 880732. File pic form 2014 shows Asboy the swan. There is now a juvenile swan nicknamed Asbaby on the River Cam in Cambridge The swan is even more vicious than his father (Asboy) and grand father (Asbo) and has been seen pecking at the punters as they go by. The young GRANDSON of vicious swan Mr Asbo is following in his grandfather's footsteps after terrorising punters on the River Cam over the busy Easter bank holiday weekend. The fledgling fiend, who has been nickhamed Asbaby, has been pecking petrified punters on the famous Backs in the university city. The savage swan, who has still got many of his brown baby feathers, is believed to be even more vicious than his grandfather Mr Asbo, who was moved to a secret location by the river authorities two years ago after he repeatedly attacked rowers. Asbaby was seen over the weekend attacking tourists as they punted, stealing sandwiches from picnic hampers and flying at families on the waterway. The bird is believed to have inherited his bad temper from his grandfather, as well as his dad Asboy, who conducted a reign of terror on the river last summer. Day Forty Six of Lockdown, in London, which coincides with the 75th Anniversary celebrations of VE Day. The Red Arrows past past a very quiet Buckingham Palace and Queen Victoria Memorial, which would have been packed with people normally. Due to the country being on lockdown, many celebrations will have to take place in peoples homes and front gardens, whilst keeping socially distant from others. Large celebrations were to take place and The Mall was expected to be packed with people and the Royal family, including Queen Elizabeth II, would normally have been on the balcony of Buckingham ready to watch a flypast from the Red Arrows. The country is on lockdown due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. People are not allowed to leave home except for minimal food shopping, medical treatment, exercise - once a day, and essential work.
